Jen has worked in the Human Resources industry for 20+ years, gaining experience in driving company culture, establishing HR best practices, and creating an environment of development. She served a dual role as CHRO and CXO. Now, Jen leverages her passion for engaging employees and coaching leadership with clients across the country.

Melanie began her career in recruiting, eventually moving into HR leadership roles where she focused on revitalizing departments through process improvement and optimization. With a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she applies psychological insights and data-driven strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and culture. Her commitment to both company growth and employee satisfaction drives her to develop HR solutions that support long-term success and well-being for organizations and their people.

For more than 16 years, April has delivered unique employee experiences that build client loyalty through employee experience design. Her past clients include theme parks, attractions, and museums worldwide, upgrading employee and guest experiences in destinations such as Kennedy Space Center, Anheuser-Busch Breweries, Georgia Aquarium, Holiday World, Sea World, the
St. Louis Blues, and many others.

Experience Strategy
Claire has received her Masters in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis as well as her SHRM-CP certification. With those credentials, she has been able to blend the communication and coordination skills of social work with the analytical and business-related knowledge of human resources in order to become a more well-rounded professional. While studying for her MSW degree, Claire worked with WashU’s Immigration Law Clinic and Casa de Salud.
